Over the past 4 years I have been responsible for updating 3 websites. None of them were user friendly and the designers did not appreciate that those who needed to update the sites were not web designers themselves. First of all he worked fully with us on the design and gave us exactly what we wanted; before it went live he allowed us to try it out; he also looked after the domain transfer for us. However the best thing is that it is very easy to use. What used to take me hours now only takes me minutes, even the uploading of photographs. It is so well designed and easy to use I very rarely have to contact Paul for help. The only time I have to contact him is if we want things changed and then it is done within hours.
